Money Source of America as a Member of The Callaway Finacial Group was Founded by entrepreneurs and investors with more than 47 years of residential and commercial mortgage and real estate investment experience, Money Source of America has been at the forefront of innovative product development since its inception. Utilizing a common sense underwriting approach, deep commitment to customer service and a well-capitalized balance sheet, Money Source of America enables real estate investors, correspondent lenders and brokers nationwide to optimize financing efficiency on real estate investment projects and rental properties.

Money Source of America LLC was created in response to a restrictive credit market environment to provide non-traditional, alternative loan products to real estate investors. Money Source of America utilizes long-term partnerships with real estate investors, borrowers, servicers and real estate professionals to develop optimal financing solutions for residential investment and commercial property acquisition and rehabilitation, long-term rental property financing, bridge loans and customized short-term credit products. Notably, Money Source of America did not cease or reduce lending during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Our Management Team
The Money Source of America management team lead by Managing Member Michael Callaway is comprised of executives who have previously held high-level positions in a variety of industry firms including advisory, investment banking, real estate law and national mortgage lending. Our management team has built its success through a combination of visionary insight and stable capital that has allowed Money Source of America to anticipate and adapt to rapidly changing market conditions.
