Our mission here at Money Source of America, LLC is to simplify the commercial lending process. To provide real estate investors, developers, contractors, realtors, individuals, and business owners with all your commercial lending options all in one place. Our Process
We are not matrix lenders and every private money deal is different. We look at all factors in a deal and make our own decisions. Some of the factors include the asset, type, value ratios, borrower experience, background, credit score, exit strategy, and ability to payback.
