The first step to getting any deal funded is to fill out the Loan Proposal Summary. You can now fill this out online. Click Get Approved answer and fill out information completely and submit. Once we receive our in house loan committee made up of multiple private money investors, lending firms, hedge funds even bankers and commercial lenders will review. On most of your small balance deals we will have an answer in 24 to 48 hours many times multiple offers.
