We are not matrix lenders and every private money deal is different. We look at all factors in a deal and make our own decisions. Some of the factors include the Asset, Type,Value Ratios, Borrower Experience, Background, Credit Score, Exit strategy and Ability to payback. The first step to getting any deal funded is to fill out the Loan Proposal Summary above. Please fill out information completely and submit. Once we receive our in house loan committee will review and if Approved will issue you a term sheet. Once you agree to terms send your signed term sheet. We will issue an application and forms packet needed to underwrite and fund your transaction. On your larger commercial and or development deals submit a well written and informative Executive Summary for review and please include pictures of the property.
