Money Source of America was created in response to a restrictive credit market environment to provide non-traditional, alternative loan products to real estate investors. Money Source of America utilizes long-term partnerships with real estate investors, borrowers, servicers and real estate professionals to develop optimal financing solutions for residential investment and commercial property acquisition and rehabilitation, long-term rental property financing, bridge loans and customized short-term credit products. Notably, Money Source of America did not cease or reduce lending during the COVID-19 pandemic.
